Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During peak periods, promotional events, holidays, or periods of exceptionally high demand, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.
Once processed, your order will be shipped to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Order Tracking

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to inaccurate address information:

Lost Parcels

Where appropriate and in accordance with applicable consumer laws, a replacement or refund may be offered.
Returns and Shipping Costs
